SSKM News Sept 24

Let's take a look at what happened in SSKM yesterday. Starts with a sudden influx of over 1000 requests to join; a good humour about how publications run headlines; a tweet questions why Sabah and Sarawak have control over their immigration; and, could Indonesia and Philippines have attacked Sabah and Sarawak if the latter two had not joined Malaysia Federation.

Among the requests

Over 1000 requests to join;
Admins fear Cyber-troopers
http://knightadventure.blogspot.com/2011/09/battlefield-news-sept-24.html

When Facebook group SSKM (Sabah&Sarawak Keluar Malaysia) received influx of over 1000 requests from people to join the group at around 8PM yesterday, it had turned the Admins Room into panic room.

SSKM's standard procedures of verifying-scrutinizing-and-approving/ignoring each new request apparently could not keep up with all the cases as the bulk of the requests arrived within a 2-hour window. Doris Jones, Sarah J. Brooke and Suze de Run were on watch. Apparently they were shorthanded for such gigantic task.

Making matters worst, officer Doris, given her wide connection with online people and is participating in various FB pages, had spotted many names which she can immediately identified as 'cyber-troopers'. The other threats were identified only after the officers had checked on their profiles. Coincidentally, it was also during this tense moment that the discussion between members in the main room had started to get on people's nerves, particularly with regards to news reports on Hudud Law yesterday.

The other nine officers were not online at material time. Officer James anak Bond logged in half an hour later to find the three girls were busy moderating forum on one hand and checking incoming requests on the other hand. Delegating tasks, he moderated the forum while the girls handled Approvals Department.

Out of the ordinary, Bond appointed several temporary officers, on the spot, to aid them with the job. They later relinguished the temporary duty after the situation had calmed down. Suspecting something amiss, Bond told the three girls to freeze up all incoming, until the next day.

They have decided to approve the requests in batches; approved new members must not come in all at the same time, in case of cyber-troopers. So far today the situation is under control. Of the 1000 requests, 300 were approved while the others are still pending.

Just another day during SSKM's campaign against Malaya Government.

Tweet: SabahSarawak immigration
http://knightadventure.blogspot.com/2011/09/battlefield-news-sept-24.html

SARA: Why shouldn't we control immigration? We are not states in Malaysia. We are given this right to protect Sarawakians and Sabahans. We dont question your Malayan rights and you forcing all the bollocks down our throat! I say after 48years of so called equal entities in Malaysia, why are Sarawak and Sabah not treated as your equal partner and only seen as fixed deposits? Read the Malaysia Agreement 1963 and the terms for Sarawak Sabah to join Malaysia. The Malayans have breached it and have watered it down so much that people can feign ignorance! pah!

LIEW: Grrrr Malayan.

DORIS: Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!

SUZE: We ''hornbill n wind'' just fly jak la ..

LIEW: Aside from a small sheet of paper reminding them they can only stay in our side for three month, there's basically no barrier anymore! It's not like a lot of them wants to come here since they think our side is a lil too backward for their liking.

RON: Lets freely move all illegal immigrants in sabah to malaya...YES!..one way kasi free la

NILSON: One statement to counter that Bakhtiar Talhah statement is, "Abolish Perkara 11, Fasal (4) Perlembagaan Persekutuan first. Then only we can start talking about free movements...."

DONNY: Come here...and we treat you as PATI..

BOND: When a Malayan is even surprised that entry into SabahSarawak is controlled by our own immigration... high chance he/she doesn't even know Independence was on Sept 16. Must undo his entire schooling years from level 14 down to level 1 before these noobs can say ahh, oohh, ooops.

NILSON: ‎Bond, and as an icing to the cake, when Najib declared 16 Sept as a national public holiday... they rejoiced because they get another 1 day off from work.... ngeeeeeeeeee

ROBERT: Lazy slob. I used to arranged counterparts and VVIP entry into sabah and sw'k b4, they would always comment without fail "It's like entering another country" how arrogant and disgusting it sound, but it only reflect their own lacking.

SARA: ‎Robert, we are expecting them to enter Sarawak and Sabah as another country because we are not states in Malaysia. We were just downgraded to being called states... grrrrr

MAIM: They are ignorance. simple as that. If we tell them, they have no capacity to understand what a federation is. What they know we are nothing before 1963. The have no idea what the worlds at that time because, well every development in malaya during that time is for noble bloods and not for the common people. Their sultan make them stupid. We in the other hand are well protected and well aware of our world even before the eurepean came.

Malaysia-Indonesia Confrontation
http://knightadventure.blogspot.com/2011/09/battlefield-news-sept-24.html

BEN: If Sarawak had not formed malaysia with malaya and sabah.,..would we have been annexed by Indonesia? remember, Indonesia declared confrontation when malaysia was formed...meaning they had intention to make sarawak theirs...by military or forceful means.....or would the Brits protect us like ion the case of Brunei?

JO-JI: That was before, and that wont happen nowadays coz kalimantan also want to quit from indonesia, just aslike us sabah sarawak.

MIKHAIL: It's better to just Sarawak and Sabah. Like blood brothers and sisters for more than a century.

PHANG: In 1960s, British will not simply let go Sarawak & Sabah if there is no strong military backup (either by our own army or british army), they will not simply let it go to the Indonesian hand as they have to protect their own interest here as well.... like Brunei do...

BEN: The Indonesians landed in johore in defiance of the powers that be in '64.....

ALAN: Who r the 1 who defended us during the confrontation......?????........ hmmm.........mly army ? or our swk rangers ....???????............. mly army CANT even defended themselves....!!!!!.........msia forming served WAT purposes ........????..................

FELIX: ‎Alan, are you a racist? Hehehe...

EMPELIAU: ‎no such things nowadays..

LEE: Err remember Sarawak sent our own Sarawak rangers to malaya to fight communists? We weren't any weaker at that time. And remember that Sarawak was given independence for 50+ days.

LIEW: Don't think Indonesia invasion will go through easily. The Brits have garrison in Singapore and Brunei and Australian is right behind Indonesia's back. Plus if everything else remains the same, Sukarno will be oust from power by Suharto and Communist in Indonesia is brutally crushed. (Of course, this is just alternate history. We're in Malaysia now as much as we don't like it.)

BOND: Indonesia and Philippines in the pre-Malaysia days demanded one thing from Malaya: Make sure the wish of people in SabahSarawak are consulted before a Malaysia can be created. They suspected foul play on British and Malaya's part.

Because they sort of thinking if Malaya can have SabahSarawak they (Indonesia and Philippines) can also have SabahSarawak. LOL it's like SabahSarawak was a girl with 2, 3 men pursuing her. But this girl chose to be with Malaya... only to become Malaya's 13th and 14th wives. The rest is history.

As to answer the question, yes, the British will defend Sabah and Sarawak and will defend Sabah and Sarawak like they would defend Buckingham Palace, because Sabah and Sarawak are their colonies... Crown Colonies.

Hong Kong 1941. Hong Kong was a Crown Colony. The British defended HK for 17 days against Japanese invasion.

MAIM: The confrontation is to fight against malaysia and not us. If malaya can take us so can they. Simple logic. Like sukarno once said- Malaysia ialah negara tanpa konsepsi- malaysia is a country without concept. Maybe he was right and we are being fooled.

For 48 years can anyone tell me what malaysian concept is?? no concrete plan came into mind but just malaysian budjet. Indonesian have made strong concept thru their pancasila while we ( malayan) only capable to copy and failed to follow the concept thoroughly. Plan then change the plan. Sound like our education. Mula2 semester then penggal then semester back. Then when the student performance are going downhill they blaME US.

SARA: ... or when they encourage the use of english for science and maths and then decide to drop that due to the fact that BM is the national language... I pity the students who has to face this switch. It is very unlikely that they will use the scientific BM terms when they go for further studies.

MAIM: They just need to stick to one system and go there. unfortunately they cannot stick to one plan for a long time just like maalysia agreement. suddenly change us to negeri dlm malaysia.

SARA: That's because they execute a plan that sounds so grand that they will get a pat in the back. No proper planning, no in-depth research.. it is all ego doomed for a really bad finishing

MAIM: And they blame the people for their own lack. tipikal malayan mentality. been there done that

SARA: Well yeah... they like pushing the blame on others. even now with GE coming up, you hear the blame game often. and when everything fails after the GE, the ones that will get the blame --> Sarawak and Sabah (as we are fixed deposits) for upsetting the balance.

BOND: ‎Muhammad Amirul is right. Indonesia was not warring Malaysia-everyone. Their battle cry 'Ganyang Malaysia' was aimed at the very creation of Federation of Malaysia. But, well, of course some people smarted up the expression of contents in Malaysia history book, so everyone can be grateful that Sabah and Sarawak would have fallen prey to Indonesia if it wasn't because of Malaya soldiers, Malaya aircraft, Malaya battleships, Malaya leaders... For all we know those were British aircraft, the Gurkhas, the Punjabis, British naval base in Singapore that had fought for Malaysia.

Take some time off to visit Tugu Negara one of these days, if you haven't already. Look at names engraved in the wall. You'd get what I mean. And, if I can still remember history contents correctly during schooling years 25 years ago, the Sejarah Malaysia gave me the impression that the Japanese were the heroes; the British were the bad guys.

SARA: Bond, I must have the updated version when I was in school then. Japanese are baddies. Thailand are seen as traitors because they let the Japanese cycle into Malaya. British panicked and burned the oil fields and evacuate important people. They then came back with gurkhas to get rid of the Japanese. The Australians werent mentioned because when I was in school, there was Malaysia-Australia tension...

BOND: Sarah, no mention about Z-Force in Bario at all? No operation Semut and Semut I?

SARA: Nope! None of that. brief mention of bukit kepong, so brief it was a short paragraph it might as well be read as "some fight happen at some police station. A few died"

ROBERT: Sukarno was dreaming of words like "MAPHILINDO" at that time, but was cheated by tunku abdul rahman, so ganyang malaysia was the result. likewise the similarity of umno flag and indonesian flag's color, it's about getting rid of the blue eyes, so BLUE, RED & WHITE becomes red and white only.
